Visiting regia.ee and using its features automatically means acceptance of these Terms of Service. The portal is operated and the service provided by Codester OÜ (registry code 16353798).

By continuing to use the portal, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted all terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the portal.

Purpose of the Portal

Regia.ee is designed to make the Estonian Business Register and economic information more accessible and understandable. Our main goals are:

• To consolidate all publicly available company-related data;
• To simplify company background checks;
• To enable fast and convenient navigation and search between various datasets.

The basic version is free for everyone. Additional paid features are available according to the price list.

Source of Data

The portal collects and displays only public data originating from official registers and databases.

Important: The portal does not collect or disclose confidential personal data. All displayed information is already available in public registers.

Accuracy & Timeliness of Data

While we strive to ensure maximum accuracy, we cannot guarantee the absolute correctness of data. The portal operator:

• Is not liable for possible inaccuracies in the data;
• Does not take responsibility for decisions made based on the data displayed in the portal;
• Recommends verifying critical information directly from official sources.

Use of the Portal

The portal may be used for the following purposes:

• Background checks and assessment of business partners;
• Planning of marketing and sales activities;
• Academic and statistical research;
• Personal interest and information search;
• Journalistic research in the public interest.

Use of data must comply with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Restrictions and Prohibitions

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

1. Automated queries: Use of robots, scraping software, or other automated tools without prior written permission;
2. Overloading: Actions that disrupt the normal operation of the portal or create an unreasonable load on servers;
3. Malicious use: Use of data for fraud, harassment, or other illegal activities;
4. Commercial use: Reselling or redistributing data for business purposes without a license.

Changes to the Terms

The portal operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication in the portal.

In case of significant changes, we will attempt to notify active users via email or portal notifications. Continued use of the portal after changes take effect is considered acceptance.

Consequences of Violations

In case of violation of these terms, Codester OÜ has the right to:

• Suspend or terminate the violator’s access to the portal;
• Claim compensation for damages caused;
• Report violations to competent authorities;
• Refuse to provide services in the future.

Access may be restored only after the violation is stopped and by agreement with the portal operator. In case of repeated violations, access may be permanently denied.
